The Open Houses And Special Appearances

Here is the story of the 2nd dan 3rd days of raya plus the open houses that I attended.

On the 1st day, after solat raya and simple ceremony in embassy, we all followed Uncle Zul and Faiz went back to their hotel. We ate, chatted and did sloppy silly activities before going back to our house. Reaching our home sweet home when it's almost 6pm and around 8.30pm, I went to the 1st open house of the day. It was at the 202 girls' place. So called as Anna's room.

At the moment me, Wanie and Fareena attended the open house, the rest of my housemates (Emy, Fatt and Diba) were cooking the last dish for their group's open house join-ventured with Mily's. Straight away from Anna's room, me and Fareena joined the rest of them in Mily's room. The food was superb. Nasi minyak completed with the cookies, cakes and yummy home made lemon tea. I joined the juniors chatting, playing quizzes, telling some jokes and horror stories till midnight. They are the great companions of mine here in Moscow. And the worst part was they discovered my weakness that night! Eversince then, whenever I meet Afi or Aidi, they will imitate me. Yerr... Unfortunately, no one brought along camera to Mily's room that night. So no picture for this open house. Sorry Mily.

The next day, a few friends came to my house including KA (Ku Ammar) and KI (Khairil Idham) (Rynak surely got mad :p). We housemates served the guests with cookies only since we didn't cook any special meal for that day. Eventually, in the afternoon (after Zuhur), I had a small but nice open house of group 4,5 and 6 (all JPA and MARA scholars of my batch). Faisal's lontong was superbly done! And I could swallow it! (because I couldn't eat Wanie's lontong the day before. My throat was still inflamed). The funniest part was when Davina intended to eat serawa telur (Farah's menu) together with nasi himpit and kuah kacang. Faisal realized it and shouted out loud to Davina not to spoil the taste of the serawa with her weird style. And the crowd laughed. After eating must be the photography session. Here's the picture of the whole JPA scholars of my batch in Moscow Medical Academy (MMA) but Malays only (not in the pic: Thines, Davina and Wendy).

The next destination was The Malaysian Embassy. We reached there at 4.30pm and the crowd wasn't like what we expected. The open house was held for all Malaysians; Muslims and Non-Muslims. I didn't enjoy the function as I mentioned before that I hate to be in the crowd. We went back at 6pm.

After the embassy, the next open house was at Afifah's (Pip) room. It was like a welcoming ceremony for the newcomers of the Selangor State Government's scholars. I didn't go because I wasn't feeling good at that time. Maybe because of the cold whether outside. So after the Maghrib, I took a small nap while waiting for Isha' on sejadah! Was so tired. And around 11pm, I started preparing the kuah kacang for my hostel's open house the next day. It's 9 kg man! Here's the picture in Pip's room.

Multiracial-all-together picture of them. So happening. We all here are so close among Malaysians regardless of religion and race. The picture below is Ammar and the girls. What were they listening to Ammar? Ammar, what's the Moscow's latest gossip, huh?

The next day was the last open house which I attended. The Spartiv's open house. The guests were from all over Moscow. Basically the students. Don't want to say more. Since Eza, Fiza and Baiz came to my room that day, I promise to upload their photos in this special entry.

The one in blue is Eza and next to her is Fiza. They both were my former roommates back in Pushkin Hostel when I was in the 1st year. And they both now are staying in Kahov Hostel.

And this is Baiz. My buddy. If she comes to my place, she knows how to make herself at home. Even she cooks for herself. Right Baiz?

The 2nd year students who came all the way from Kahov Hostel. If I'm not mistaken, some of them came from Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI). Among them all, I knew only a few: Arif (in black), Munir (in green) and Zul (in white t-shirt with glasses at the back).

And these are the special appearance of Raimi, Hazreen, Azri and Afiq Awe. They all came from RSMU Hostel in Volgina Street. Raimi, this I promised you! And to Hazreen and Awe, thanks for your visits to my blog. And Azri was my enemy in debate during school time. And here we meet again. Anyway, they are all my juniors, the 4th year students.


And this is the special appearance of Mr. Hannan. My blogging buddy in Moscow. Hannan, did you know that I started blogging after sometimes being a stalker on your blog? This is the fact. So if you claimed that I'm a 'tegar' blogger, so you are the sifu! Sorry Hannan. The one in my collection isn't good enough. Blurrrrrr. Anyway, thanks to Puyi for the shot.

And the last picture is the special appearance of Nabil (on my right) and Ikhwan (on my left). I like them both. My juniors here (Ikhwan in MMA and Nabil in RSMU). The 3rd year students. Nabil is so kindhearted. And I like this fact. That's why I address him as Nabil Budak Baik. I still remember the incident in the flight. Thank you Nabil. KS will always remember it. Ikhwan is so helpful. So smart in study and so cool, too. And that's why I saved his name as Iku the rajin-est in my phone and YM. Accidentally, the 4 of us (me, Hannan, Nabil and Ikhwan) were all in green that day.

To all mentioned names, thank you so very much for being a part of my life here in Moscow. To all my colleagues in Moscow, thank you very much too. May I have another chance to write a credit for all of you, too.
